Just an amazing instrument!
Pretty good. Thanks
cool!!
man that’s cool!!!!!!!! i’ve never seen one of those before. if you incorporate that with a band that would be the ultimate bass instrument.
Eric Clapton All the way W00000000000000T!!!!!!!!!!!!
amazing!
the band glukoza uses a stick bass
Behold… The Arctopus, an experimental jazzy metal band, has a Warr Guitar player; it’s an instrument similar to this, with 2 extra strings!
nice song dude!
check out tony levin
Well done but your list of favourite guitarrists is horrible.
Slash better than Robert FRIPP, Steve HACKETT or Adrian BELEW ??!! Clapton better than Steve HOWE??!! Santana better than frank ZAPPA??!!
Where is Allan HOLDSWORTH??!! Pat METHENY??!! Bill NELSON??!! Anthony PHILLIPS??!! Steve ROTHERY, David TORN, Trevor RABIN or Joe SATRIANI not in your top 100??!!
Well, I guess is gonna be difficult but check out Tony LEVIN and Trey GUNN (warr-touch guitar).
??? TL plays a Chapman stick
chapbassstick!?!??!
Tony Levin is best known for playing the Chapman stick, but surprisingly he never used the two hands separate melody feature at all! He just used it for tapping and getting weird sounds.
Still very cool. I saw a guy once on the street in SF who could really play it two hands independantly.
that is just his preference, I like Mike McCready more than Randy Rhoads, but admit he’s is better.
Where does he have that bass strapped on to?
Well not exactly. Tony did play both sides of the stick, but he played it solely as a bass instrument, not as a lead instrument.
Dude, come on…slash is the ultimate guitar god! Fripp? lmao Who the hell is he? King what?
That was all sarcasm
But seriously, I think that list is from Rolling Stone’s top 100 guitarists of all time. I think he put that there to just get more traffic on his video (which wasn’t a bad video, just a bad list lol)
I fucking hate Rolling Stone’s top 100 anything lists.
If you want to see something that will ruin your day, check out RS top 100 ALBUMS of all time…
Rolling Stone magazine/point of view doesn´t mean nothing, is like grammy awards.
Let´s talk about serious music!
Hug!!
his belt
I wish I knew someone that had one and would let me play on it, it looks like a real blast.
slash better than fripp? would play most the guitarsits on your list’s pussies with a pick and it’d sound great.
dude made it look cool to be geek in the days of 80’s metal
