How can I make my guitar tapping louder? And how can I upload videos to YouTube?

A Happy-Tappy Question --
(See 'comments' link for Answers)

I've been trying to tap on the guitar, and so far I've been doing decent (not perfect, but decent.) But when I play it it's usually soft and you can't really hear it. Help?
Oh, and how an I upload videos to YouTube. I plan on making a instrunmental.

  1. to upload videos, get a free account and follow the instuctions to upload them…
to tap, you need high end distortion. very very high gain, i would recommend also raising your pickups by tightening the screws on either side, make sure you are using the bridge pickup(the one lowest on the guitar, near the bottom) and make sure all of your volume and tone knobs are all the way up…
also, when you tap with your right hand, the key is to hit the string, and then move your finger to the side so that you actually pluck the string a little
